You have the option to take it or leave it. indeed, I had already known the general idea of this article even if the speed of reading too quick. I haven't encounter many new words as like as before and its grammer not so hard to understand. Therefore, as long as to reading carefully, this article should be no difficult to you.

Now, I want to in - depth study.

The author give us one example in paragraph5 - compaq computer. He thought to deal with the relationship between job perfprmance and reward was a important factor which make work more meaningful. At first, I agree with the point of view reward, such as sharehonus and stock dividend are provided because what they contribure to employees is more than encourage or commend do. It is universally acknowledged that everyone has some sort of need to living, everyone want to desire for material wealth. I think it will be difficult for employees if reduce their income because they would not be able to affore cars or homes. So provided employee for high reward became essential.maybe you will lost some excellent man or decrease their enthusiasically if you can't giving any style of reward. For example, many highly killed and talented people in china who work in many areas of industry and commerce play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of a country's economy, yet are paid very little and go abroad to require more comfortable lifestyle.

However, how many rewards are you received? It is depend on how about perfprmance are you accomplishment.therefore, you should link with their performance and decided how many rewards they received.
